Ben Pivar, CIO of Carter’s was named CIO of the Year, lauded for his impact in modernizing the enterprise. RIS noted, “To power all of this next-gen tech Carter’s partnered with Hughes to implement an aggressive store infrastructure modernization improvement program, which has resulted in fewer network outages and significant cost savings.” John Jordan, SVP of Customer Experience at Total Wine & More, received the Tech Leader Award for Customer Engagement for his use of integrated video storytelling at all Total Wine and More locations. The digital menu boards and digital concierges in the store are powered by HughesON Digital Signage solutions. Bob Graham, VP of Information Technology and CIO for Warehouse Operations at Beverages and More, was inducted into the RIS Hall of Fame for leveraging “advances in game-changing technologies including enterprise cloud services, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics to improve BevMo!'s in-store experience and enterprise operations.” Each award winner has helped take his company's enterprise solutions to new heights thanks to the solutions provided through their partnerships with HughesON Managed Services Provider.
