The Hughes User Group (HUG) is a collective of Hughes enterprise customers from North America and around the world with a vested interest in the development and innovation of our products, services and solutions. These users work with Hughes technologies, networks and solutions day-to-day and have valuable insights and feedback to share.

After more than a year of virtual meetings and events, the HUG annual conference will be back in person, April 24-27, 2022, at the Charleston Place Hotel. Located in the heart of downtown Charleston, South Carolina, the hotel sits in the historic district and is within walking distance to all major attractions. Mark your calendar for a robust agenda of sessions, networking opportunities and much more.

Can’t wait until April? We can’t either! HUG is now expanding beyond the annual conference to provide year-round engagement opportunities for all HUG members. We invite you to join our LinkedIn group and keep the conversation with your peers going all year long.  Check out our website for access to additional resources, including infographics, whitepapers and recorded webinars.

The Annual HUG Conference

The annual HUG Conference brings together HUG members, prospective customers and end-users with Hughes executives and technologists to:

  • Gain Access – exchange ideas and hear from peers and leaders.

  • Exercise Influence – get involved and provide input directly to Hughes experts.

  • Be Inspired – gather ideas, strategies, and a new perspective.

Best of all, HUG is run by Hughes users, the very people who benefit most from the forum. HUG members come from a range of industries, including retail, food services, hospitality, finance, petroleum, lottery, government and transportation. If you are responsible for running the network that powers your business, don’t let this opportunity to accelerate your expertise pass you by. Join the Hughes User Group today for free.
